I've used top line Bushnell, Nikon, and Callaway scopes as well as a cheap MG golf scope but the Harry Taylor Black is amazing. Locks in quickly even from 200+ yards. The 4k oled is brilliant. Simply the best scope I've ever used.

Works extremely well…was able to compare it with my playing partner using the top of the line Bushnell. Worked just as fast and it was never more than a plus/minus 1 yard from the Bushnell unit…for $350 less…HELL YEAH!!!!!

Bought this because it was reasonably priced and had slope capability which I did not have on my current rangefinder. Our course has many hills and I finally wanted to get a better idea of how many yards difference each one had. Now I can do it during practice and regular rounds so I am better prepared for tournaments. Very happy with my purchase.

Very useful tool for golfers keen to lower their handicap. Fairway to green accuracy is where 8 to 10 strokes per round can be saved. This scope takes out a lot of the "guess work" in the wedge shots around the green. Giving distance & slope data advantage.

My friends and I are "super senior" golfers who play often and pretty well. Our carts have a video display providing the distance to the flagstick which is helpful only when the player is in the cart or close to it. So when the inevitable errant shot took him off course the player was out of luck. Range finder to the rescue! We tried and returned several, all were more expensive and with more recognizable names than the Harry Taylor Black Edition. None had the stability (no shaking), the comfortable and convenient size, the ease of use, the simple directions, the slope technology, the size and clarity of the image, and the "flag-lok" technology. In short, we returned the others and love our Harry Taylor range finder. Congrats on a great product!

I loved everything about this rangefinder for 2 weeks. Then I left it on the range of our club, came back 2 hours later and it was gone. Apparently one of our members or guests liked it more than their integrity since it was never turned into the pro shop.

Very good performance. For the price am not sure there is a better range finder. I’ve gone through 6-7 range finders. All lost and not turned over to the golf clubs. Most were above 400 dollar range. Great product, took it to the course yesterday 2/8/2023. Accurate, love the slope reading, helped immensely on ball placement on approach shots. I am a gps kind of guy. My latest gps mounts to the metal upright on a motorized cart.
My problem was I walk about half of my golf. The gps is not hand held and it does not
fit in my pocket, but my rangefinder does. I feel the readings are a little more accurate
and I can get a reading anywhere on the course even when my cart may have to be on
the cartpath. I tried it and I like the results.

Very nice rangefinder at a great price. The view was clear and the magnification was really helpful. I like that it's rechargeable and the built-in magnet held it on the cart nicely even over rough terrane. It was as accurate as my Bushnell V2 as I used both to compare. Overall, it's a solid rangefinder at a great price. I would highly recommend this rangefinder.

So far so good. Have only played one round, and twice at range. I like the ability to charge it vs having to replace batteries. Yardage seems to be accurate. I like the ability to just stick it to the metal frame of the golf cart, the magnet is very secure.

This is my 3rd black model rangefinder. The first failed to charge and it was replaced with no questions asked. The replacement started to measure 10 to 15 yards short. Again it was replaced with no questions asked. I’m now on my 3rd. I love the rangefinder so I hope this one continues to work correctly. Customer service has been great.

Firstly let me say that I just received the unit and haven't had a chance to use it on the course. But, I have used it to shoot distances from my home and compare it with my current rangefinder. So far, it compares very well with my current unit and feels even more steady in my hand. It seems to acquire the object very quickly and I really like the clarity of the viewer. I also love the fact that I can just recharge the unit and not have to mess with batteries. Based on this initial evidence, I believe that it has a wonderful feel and quality and, of course, a great value. Will update at some point but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality rangefinder at a super price!

I’ve used this range finder twice and am completely satisfied. It is easy to use and has proven to be very accurate once you lock onto the flag. I was most excited to get accurate yardage for the 170 to 140 yard shots. My playing partner uses gps and we are usually within a couple of yards but he has to estimate pin placement relative to front, middle, and back while I can lock onto the pin. A very happy customer!

Love the Black Edition. I have previously written a very positive review but now want to suggest you add a mesh net or pouch to the carrying case to secure the charging cable. I currently use a tie to attach it to the elastic band on the inside. You need to have it with you while playing if you need to recharge with the golf cart USB connection. And you don't want to lose it because you would have no way to charge it back up.

I like the fact that you can recharge the battery rather replacing dead batteries.
